Paul Maclennan
Sales and Marketing Director
Paul has a BA in History & Economics from the University of London. Former roles included Managing Director of Umicore Laser Optics, Managing Director of V&S Scientific, Sales and Marketing Manager of STC Infrared Filters and Infrared Product Manager of Davin Optical. Paul is experienced in sales and production of infrared optics since 1984.
Nick Ellis
Technical Director
Nick received his PhD from the Imperial College London and his BSc from Sussex University. Previously he was Technical Manager of Umicore Laser Optics, Technical Manager of V&S Scientific and Production Manager at STC Infrared Filters. Nick is an experienced optics and systems engineer since 1983.
Richard Lawson
Sales Director
Richard has a BSc in Industrial & Business Studies from DeMontfort University Leicester. His previous roles included Sales Manager at Umicore Laser Optics, Sales Manager at V&S Scientific, Office Manager at II-VI UK Ltd and Production Controller at Coherent Optics Europe Ltd.
John Botfield
Thermal Imaging Consultant
John has an MBA. Previously he was Managing Director of Umicore Marketing Services UK Ltd and Marketing and Sales Director of Photonic Sense GmbH. John has extensive experience in the thermal imaging market and the supply of raw materials for the infrared wavelength.
Silke Pflueger

Silke has a PhD in mechanical engineering from the RWTH Aachen. Her previous positions included Director of Marketing and Sales at Laserline Inc and at SPI Lasers, engineering and marketing positions at SDL and JDSU, and engineering positions at Fraunhofer ILT and Fraunhofer USA. Silke's experience is in laser systems, material processing, and optical engineering.
